Refund & Return Policy

At authorized., every product is carefully inspected, assembled, and packaged by hand before shipment. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a fair and transparent return process for our customers.

By placing an order with authorized., you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in original, unused, and resellable condition
  • The product must show no signs of excessive wear, misuse, modification, or damage
  • All original components, accessories, inserts, and packaging must be included
  • The return request must be approved by authorized. prior to shipment

authorized. reserves the right to deny returns or adjust refund amounts for items returned damaged, incomplete, modified, or not in original condition.

Once approved, securely package the item to help prevent damage during return transit and send it to:

Please provide the return tracking number once the package has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items. authorized. is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Refunds & Restocking Fee

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and payment processing costs associated with the return.

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs, customs fees, carrier fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, and applicable restocking fees remain the responsibility of the customer and may reduce the final refund amount where applicable.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund transaction.

Shipping, Customs & International Orders

authorized. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, import procedures, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, missed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs charges.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country or carrier service.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs fees, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any applicable return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, and restocking fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Custom, Engraved & Personalized Products

Custom, engraved, personalized, bespoke, collaboration, limited-edition, and made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to fulfillment. Once an order has entered production, customization, packaging, or shipment preparation, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
